NWK9 Program Graduates: NorthWest K9's Luger
-- PLACED -- Luger graduates to his future career in narcotics interdiction and patrol with US Immigration and Naturalization and as personal protection dog for his handler's family.
NorthWest K9's Luger (OFA Good Preliminary Hips; microchipped)--
A strikingly handsome 16-month old grandson of Buck von der Pfalz and Norbo vom Muhlenschlad. Richly pigmented
black and tan, medium-sized German Shepherd male. Luger has pronounced prey, scent, play, and hunt drives. He's a
highly expressive, lively, and intense young dog.
Luger is extremely driven for the ball, toy, and tug. He is trained to reliable obedience and agility, and in
footstep and mantracking with articles. He demonstrates fast, precise obedience with keen focus on and
enthusiastic responsiveness to the handler. He is a highly agile, athletic dog.
A truly enjoyable dog to train, Luger is highly socialized to people, children, and other animals. He is driven
in play and work, and settles quickly in the home. He travels with ease, and is a natural guardian of home, property,
and vehicle. Gunsureness tested.
Fully house, crate, and kennel trained; neutral to collar,
harness, and muzzle. Luger enjoys outstanding health, with excellent skin and coat condition.
Luger is highly biddable and eager to please, extremely loving and
affectionate with his people -- a simply wonderful young dog showing super potential.
