Puppy Manners

Start your puppy off on the right foot with positive, reward-based behavioral shaping. Focus skills building is introduced with early obedience shaping. Chewing and puppy biting are also addressed in this introductory course. Age-appropriate early socialization and environmental conditioning is introduced to build your puppy's confidence, mental development, and social skills.

Environmental Conditioning

Urban and rural environmental experiences can include variable surfaces and heights, variable noises, crowds, traffic, and exposure to domestic animals.

Our socialization activities can include venues such as busy urban streets, airports, equipment storage yards, schoolyards and playing fields, bus and train stations, firing ranges, nursing homes, building construction sites, forest wilderness, public safety facilities, demolition operations, special needs institutional settings, logging operations with heavy machinery, warehouses, gravel pits and rock quarries, livestock areas, retail stores, the local swimming hole, hotels and apartment buildings, and crowded public events such as street fairs and festivals.
